Balanced stay near Shimbashi Station
station proximity great location many restaurants train noise early morning sun missing blackout curtains
The hotel sits close to Shimbashi Station. This made travelling around the area simple. Many restaurants and stores surround the hotel. This provided plenty of choices for meals and shopping.
My room was not as quiet as I had hoped. I could hear some train noise from lower levels. There were no blackout curtains, so the early morning sun woke me up.

the hotel's location near public transportation was acceptable.
the room felt dated. the breakfast area was often crowded. i also noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom, like cracked tiles.

Really good Experience!
convenient location inviting lobby prompt service
The hotel's location was really convenient. It was just a short walk to the train station, and Ginza was easily accessible. The lobby was pretty and inviting, and the hotel restaurants seemed excellent. We found several amenities available. I liked how convenient it all was. The room service was prompt and helpful.
The bathroom fixtures seemed a little outdated. I noticed some wear and tear on the shower tiles. The showerheads was aged, with some discoloration. It detracted from the overall cleanliness. I think a refresh of the bathroom would significantly enhance the experience.

The hotel's proximity to Shimbashi station and Ginza district makes it easy to access various parts of the city. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options are within walking distance. I found it quite convenient for exploring. Public transport is very nearby.

There are many dining options within the hotel complex. A lot of different cuisines were available. The restaurants offer diverse experiences. The menus looked good and varied. I noticed that the breakfast buffet had different options.

The hotel includes a gym. It was to have modern equipment. I spotted several treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool area had comfortable loungers. It looked like a nice place to relax. There is also laundry service available.

The staff greeted us with smiles. They were helpful with our luggage. They arranged transportation to the airport. I appreciated their attentiveness when we came back each night. It was a nice way to end the day. They provided toiletries.

the room was spacious and comfortable (a real plus!). the bathroom had both a shower room and a bathtub. the hotel staff provided great service, especially at the reception. i was very impressed by the kind man at the japanese restaurant.
